2. About Pixel2Site

Pixel2Site is an AI-powered website and digital tools platform. Its current core functionality allows users to upload website screenshots and generate responsive website code and previews based on those screenshots.

Additional tools and functionality may be introduced or changed over time.

3. Account Registration

Some Pixel2Site features require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

4. Plans, Credits, and Generations

Pixel2Site may offer Free, Pro, Lifetime, and other plans or pricing options. Each plan may include different generation limits, features, and usage allowances.

Credits are used for website generation operations according to the limits applicable to your plan.

Monthly plan credits may reset according to the applicable billing or credit cycle. Lifetime plan credits are subject to the limits displayed when the plan is purchased.

We may change plan features, credit limits, or available tools for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively modify completed transactions except where required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Pixel2Site uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded screenshots and generate website code, layouts, styles, and related output.

AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, unexpected design differences, missing elements, or code that requires additional modification.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated websites before using or publishing them.

Pixel2Site does not guarantee that generated output will exactly reproduce an uploaded screenshot or meet every particular technical, accessibility, browser, or business requirement.

6. User Content and Uploaded Screenshots

You retain ownership of content that you upload to Pixel2Site, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to upload and process that content and to use the resulting output.

You must not upload content that violates applicable law, infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights, or contains material that you are not authorized to process.

You should avoid uploading confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated information unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate authorization to do so.

7. License to Process User Content

You grant Pixel2Site the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the services you request.

This permission includes processing screenshots through the third-party AI services required to provide the website generation functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content merely because you use Pixel2Site to process it.

8. Generated Website Ownership

Subject to third-party rights, applicable law, and these Terms, you may use the website code and output generated for your account for your own projects and permitted commercial purposes.

Pixel2Site does not guarantee that AI-generated output is completely original or free from similarities to other websites, designs, code, or publicly available material.

You are responsible for ensuring that your final website and its content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Pixel2Site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, files, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass generation limits, credit limits, authentication, or other service restrictions.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse or overload Pixel2Site.
• Do not use Pixel2Site to process content that you do not have the right or authorization to use.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise Pixel2Site or its infrastructure.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and services are charged at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

For subscription plans, the subscription may automatically renew according to the applicable subscription terms unless cancelled in accordance with the available cancellation process.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Pixel2Site's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

Pixel2Site relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These may include AI processing, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and other infrastructure services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and requirements. Your use of those services may therefore be subject to their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel2Site and its operators, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
