Pixel2Site

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

At Pixel2Site, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide while using our website, applications, and digital tools.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use Pixel2Site, we may collect information necessary to provide and secure our services.

  • Name and email address.
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide one.
  • Account credentials and securely stored password data.
  • Profile information and profile image, if provided.
  • Your selected subscription or plan information.
  • Payment and transaction information necessary to process purchases.
  • Screenshots and other files that you upload to Pixel2Site.
  • Generated websites, website code, and related project information.
  • Account activity and service usage information.

2. Information We Receive From Payment Providers

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Pixel2Site does not directly store your complete card number, CVV, or other full payment credentials. We receive information such as payment identifiers, payment status, subscription information, amount, currency, and related transaction details required to manage your account and purchases.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Pixel2Site. This may include:

  • Creating and managing your account.
  • Authenticating users and protecting accounts.
  • Processing subscriptions and payments.
  • Processing uploaded screenshots using AI services.
  • Generating websites and related digital assets.
  • Storing and delivering your uploaded and generated files.
  • Providing customer and technical support.
  • Sending transactional emails and important service notifications.
  • Managing credits, generations, exports, and account activity.
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Maintaining and improving the reliability and functionality of the service.

4. AI Processing

Pixel2Site uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded screenshots and generate website code and related output. Currently, Pixel2Site uses OpenAI as an AI service provider for this processing.

When you request website generation, the screenshot and information necessary to perform the requested generation may be sent to the AI provider for processing. The generated result is then returned to Pixel2Site and stored as part of your project.

You should avoid uploading screenshots or files containing sensitive personal information unless you have a legitimate reason and authorization to do so.

5. File Storage

Pixel2Site uses Cloudflare R2, an S3-compatible object storage service, to store uploaded screenshots, profile images, and generated website files.

Files are associated with your account and protected through application-level authorization and temporary signed access URLs where applicable.

6. Authentication and Account Security

Pixel2Site uses authentication mechanisms to protect user accounts and restrict access to account-specific resources. Passwords are stored using secure one-way password hashing and are not stored as plain text.

Pixel2Site also supports additional account security features, including two-factor authentication and recovery codes.

7. Emails and Communications

Pixel2Site uses Resend to deliver transactional emails. These emails may include account-related communications such as signup-related messages, password reset emails, payment or subscription notifications, and other important service communications.

These communications are primarily necessary for operating your account and providing the services you request.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Pixel2Site uses authentication and session-related cookies that are necessary for account login and secure access to protected areas of the service.

Pixel2Site does not currently use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, or separate advertising/tracking cookies.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

Pixel2Site relies on selected third-party providers to operate parts of the service. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.

  • OpenAI — AI-powered screenshot and website generation.
  • Cloudflare R2 — file and object storage.
  • Razorpay — payment and subscription processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers required to operate the service.

These third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and terms governing their processing of information.

10. Data Retention

We retain account information, project information, generated websites, transaction records, and other information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When an account is deleted, we delete the associated account data from our primary application systems, subject to information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission, storage system, or electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of certain information.

You can manage certain account information directly through your Pixel2Site account settings. For privacy-related requests, you can contact us using the information provided below.

13. Children's Privacy

Pixel2Site is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Pixel2Site, our services, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
